A Message from Our CEO This Holiday Season

I love this time of the year! December brings a fresh new season, the crunch of walking in the snow, and the crispness (a nice way of saying the incredible “cold”) of the Canadian winter! It’s a time to reflect on our shared success over the past year and a time to visualize and plan the exciting opportunities the future holds. It’s also the perfect time to pause and say a heartfelt thank you to you – our valued customers and partners – for helping us make a positive impact.  

We started Riva on the premise that there had to be a better way for companies to help enterprises gain a true 360-degree view of their customers. What started out as a “there-has-to-be-a-better-way” idea evolved into Riva becoming the leader in helping enterprise customers innovate and deliver what’s important to you, our customers – success with your clients and customers! 

In our early years, companies came to us because they were looking for a better integration solution to fill technology gaps and help them focus on building and improving relationships with their high-value clients. We understood early on that sharing data across different systems was fundamental for that to happen. And, most importantly, we understood and satisfied the expectations our enterprise customers had for secure, flexible, scalable data integration between CRM, calendars, and email platforms. Little did we know just how relevant our solutions would become in these “new normal” times. I am continually humbled and grateful that you have placed your trust and loyalty in our team and solutions. 

I’m always impressed and amazed by the ingenious ideas brought to us by our customers! We refine our solutions every day because of your willingness to provide feedback and work with us to help you innovate and succeed. As we design and build new solutions and features, there are two priorities that are top of mind for us. The first is that our solutions delight you and the customers you serve. The second is that your customer experience instills confidence that, with Riva, you’ve chosen the right partner to help meet your business needs today and build for future success. Your ideas and feedback have a direct impact on the products we launch, the enhancements we make, and the innovation we help you deliver.  

Our mission is to be a valued partner in helping you build the future of your business. That’s why I am so proud that in 2021 our team helped customers benefit from more new Riva Sync features and improvements than ever before. Based on your feedback, we redesigned the Riva Insight user experience to work the way your users expect, need, and want it to work, and further elevated our award-winning support experience to continue delighting our customers.  

I know I’m biased on this, but I’m absolutely filled with pride when I think of the fantastic clients we have and the great team we’ve assembled. Every member of our team is passionate about helping you succeed in building the future of your business. As a founder, there’s nothing that brings more joy than that!
