The Canadian Business Excellence Awards for Private Business are awarded through Excellence Canada to Canadian businesses spanning all industries to recognize their achievements in demonstrating a strategic approach to successfully improving performance and achieving goals. Applicants for the award are evaluated in three key performance areas: delighted customers, engaged employees, and innovation, aligning well with Riva’s core values.
