Riva was named as a key partner in Salesforce’s Corporate and Investment Banking launch on June 9, 2021 alongside partners Standard & Poors, Box, PitchBook and DocuSign. Riva’s role as a partner is to provide secure, compliant customer data operations that integrate critical relationship data from Office365/Exchange and Gmail with the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).

Riva’s Relationship Engine has synced custom objects between Exchange/Outlook, Gmail, and Salesforce for the past 10 years. With this launch, Riva has evolved its intelligent sync to integrate the customer data from these email/calendar platforms to support FSC’s interaction model – delivering the granular data flows that ensure the compliant display of material non-public information (MNPI).

“Our joint customers value the Relationship Engine’s pass-through architecture that was built for compliant data sharing” says Riva CTO Stephane Zanoni. “We’ve spent years focusing on the needs of customers in highly regulated industries like Corporate and Investment Banking and are thrilled to be a part of this important launch.”
