Our new keyword search option allows users to narrow initial search results by pointing at only the most pertinent records – across Insight’s three key searches – the main search, create and update and Track in CRM.
Now it is easier to find CRM contacts who have similar names from different accounts or find accounts that are in the same city – right from your inbox or calendar.
