Riva Bookings
NEW: Changing Availabilities? No Problem.
Whether you’re out attending a conference and have a different schedule, need temporary updates to your availability due to personal reasons, or are simply looking for an easy way to make updates on the fly, our new Availability Time Range feature is here to help. This new capability allows you to define a set time range for an availability link to be valid.
IMPROVED: Cleaner UI to Make Booking Meetings a Breeze
We’ve revamped the Outlook add-in Bookings experience, making it easier for you to cruise through managing your calendar and create availability links directly from Outlook. In addition to being able to access the meeting scheduling features directly from the Insight panel, we are piloting an offer of Riva Bookings for Outlook (conditions apply, contact us for details).
