In evaluating candidates for this prestigious annual list, judges consider a range of criteria including employer candidates’ physical workplace; work atmosphere; health, financial, and family benefits; training and skills development; and community involvement.
One of the driving forces behind Riva’s selection is it’s commitment to service and community involvement. Every year, Riva focuses its charitable efforts on food banks across the country encourages employee involvement in the communities where they live with three paid days off to volunteer annually.
