Riva Insight

Release date: August 29, 2024

A Fresh Insight Experience, Designed with You in Mind.

The Riva Insight user interface is getting a facelift, designed to enhance your users’ overall experience and productivity. To make the UI cleaner, more intuitive, and easier to navigate, the following changes were made:

  • Tabs View: In addition to the existing “Related Tab” that showcases contextual CRM information, we moved capabilities into new tabs, so you can easily navigate between them without losing any progress or draft.
    • The Track Button became its own independent “Track Tab”, where you can track client interactions the same way as before.
    • The new “Action Tab” allows easy access to the Sales Engagement features, including meeting scheduling, AI-optimized email content, and engagement analytics.
  • Track Tags: The track status tags are now located below the event detail card.
  • Search: The search function moved to the top bar and was enhanced to provide more accurate and relevant results.

Accessing Riva Insight Is as Easy as 1, 2, 3.

Forget the hassle of managing separate login credentials and enjoy a simplified access process to Riva Insight:

  1. New! Microsoft account credentials can now be used to log in in a click.
  2. Updated: when logging in with Salesforce, the sign-in button now defaults to the last used login.
  3. Signing in with your username and password remains available.

Surface Your Entire Funnel Data in the Inbox

Leads are now supported in Riva Insight, along with contacts. Meeting attendees and email recipients with an associated lead in CRM are listed in the context view/related tab. When no matching contact is found, Track in CRM auto populates with leads instead.

  • Updated Sync Logs Date Picker: The sync logs date picker has been replaced with a dropdown menu of preselected options.
  • Clearer Splunk log viewer result text: The Splunk log viewer result text was revised to eliminate confusion and provide clearer information for admins.
  • Improved Redirection Handling: A warning message now displays in case of redirection failure, instead of showing an empty configuration for the data center.
