Performance Enhancements

  • Elimination of Delays: The extended delays when tracking items have been resolved.
  • No More Meeting Update Limitations: You can now update Outlook meeting details and track the meeting simultaneously without any issues.

User Experience Improvements

  • Streamlined Workflow: The Track and Send button has been removed. After tracking, simply use Outlook’s Send option.
  • New Track and Close Option: Easily track new meetings or emails without sending them to recipients or attendees.

 Other Exciting Configurable Features!

  • Set Attendee Roles: When tracking a meeting as an Interaction with Salesforce FSC, you can now assign attendee roles and control which email or attendee fields are auto-populated.
  • Control Auto-Population: Define which recipient or attendee fields auto-populate from your Outlook meeting or email.
  • Auto-Populate with Subject or Body: Automatically fill a Track in CRM field with the subject or body of an Outlook meeting or email.

Riva is fully compatible with the latest Salesforce Winter ’25 release. This update ensures seamless integration with Salesforce’s newest features, enhancements, and performance improvements.

  • Google Validation Scan: Riva Cloud security vulnerabilities were identified and promptly addressed, improving your data’s security.
  • Customer Dedicated Instance Pod – Export Policy: Fixed a bug affecting policy exports on certain customer-dedicated instance pods; policies can now be exported seamlessly.
