Judges considered a range of criteria, including the physical workplace, work atmosphere, health, financial, and family benefits, training and skills development, and community involvement.
Riva’s commitment to service and community involvement has been a driving force behind its selection. The company annually focuses its charitable efforts on food banks across the country, actively encouraging employee involvement in their communities with three paid days off for volunteering.
